Different Options

Kee Gate^® is available with three different options. These are the single-width gate, double-width gate and full height gates. This means you can find the gate that best suits your site – from small areas to larger areas to ladders. You can also easily cut the gates to size on site.

Self Closing

Our gates are spring-loaded so will automatically close behind the user. Spring-loaded safety gates are considered the preferred solution to chains, bars or sliding tubes when protecting these areas as they automatically close behind a person, overcoming the problem of human error.

Extensively Tested

The safety gates passed salt spray testing to ASTM B117-11-55 Neutral solution over 200 hours to assess the performance of coating to resist corrosion. Our gates were also abuse tested and the mechanism tested to over 50,000 open/close cycles. See our downloads section for the full report.

Choose From Three Different Options

Single Width Gates

This gate is sized at 1m wide, and can be easily cut to size on site. The reversible hinges can be fitted on the left or right side of an opening, making installation easier and more flexible. The spring-loaded hinge mechanism ensures that the gate will always close, maintaining a safe barrier to protect people when working at heights.

Double Width Gates

These double gates are sized at 2 x 0.9m wide and they can be easily cut to size on site. They work best for larger openings greater than 1m wide and the maximum width for double gates is 1.8m. They're spring loaded to automatically close behind the user, and its high performance hinge mechanism gives it extended life.

Full Height Gates

The full height gate is designed for ladders. Standing at 1100mm tall and featuring an aluminium toe board, it provides additional protection to those working at any level. The full height gate is fully adjustable and can accommodate openings up to 1m.
